This number is for the following emergencies: water leaks, fire, smoke, gas smells, no heat or lock outs. Please do not use this number for reporting non-emergency work orders.
You will only be able to pick up your keys if you have scheduled a time to do so. Please make sure that you have made this appointment with the office. You can email us at rentals@theenterprisecompanies.com to make this appointment. Please schedule your gas (People’s Gas) and electric bills (ComEd) before you move in or you may not have service upon your arrival.

If you are locked out during non-business hours, on weekend or holidays, the lock out fee is $175.00. Payment is due at time of service. During off hours, please call the emergency line 773-348-6900 and follow the prompts. If you are locked out during business hours, the lock-out fee is $75.00. Payment is due at time of service. Please call the office 773-348-6900 and speak to representative who answers or email workorders@theenterprisecompanies.com.

To secure a unit, once approved:
First Month Rent
Non-refundable Admin Fee ($200/studio $300/1Br $400/2BR $500/3BR)
Security Deposit and any other fees are taken at key pick up
