This number is for the following emergencies: water leaks, fire, smoke, gas smells, no heat or lock outs. Please do not use this number for reporting non-emergency work orders.
You will only be able to pick up your keys if you have scheduled a time to do so. Please make sure that you have made this appointment with the office. You can call us at 773-348-6900 to make this appointment. Please schedule your gas (People’s Gas) and electric bills (ComEd) before you move in or you may not have service upon your arrival.
