RENT PAYMENT

We are not able to accept cash or credit cards at this time.

There are several ways to go about paying rent with The Enterprise Companies.

  • You can submit your check to our offices during regular office hours (an appointment is required to enter the office).
  • You can submit your check in our afterhours drop box. This box is located at the front entrance of our offices, under the ledge where the buzzer panel is located.
  • You can set up an automatic withdrawal with your bank. Please contact your individual bank in order to choose this option.
  • You can enroll in Enterprise’s automatic withdrawal program. Please fill out the designated ACH form for your building and return it to our offices with a voided check. These forms can be found below.

This number is for the following emergencies: water leaks, fire, smoke, gas smells, no heat or lock outs. Please do not use this number for reporting non-emergency work orders.

MOVING IN

You will only be able to pick up your keys if you have scheduled a time to do so. Please make sure that you have made this appointment with the office. You can email us at rentals@theenterprisecompanies.com to make this appointment. Please schedule your gas (People’s Gas) and electric bills (ComEd) before you move in or you may not have service upon your arrival.

MAINTENANCE REQUESTS

Please submit workorders via email to: workorders@theenterprisecompanies.com Please be sure to include your building name and unit number in the email. Workorders are any non-emergency maintenance requests. IF THIS IS AN EMERGENCY PLEASE CALL THE EMERGENCY LINE 773-348-6900 and follow the prompts

LOCK OUTS

If you are locked out during non-business hours, on weekend or holidays, the lock out fee is $175.00. Payment is due at time of service. During off hours, please call the emergency line 773-348-6900 and follow the prompts. If you are locked out during business hours, the lock-out fee is $75.00. Payment is due at time of service. Please call the office 773-348-6900 and speak to representative who answers or email workorders@theenterprisecompanies.com.

Non-refundable Admin Fee ($200/studio $300/1Br $400/2BR $500/3BR)

Security Deposit and any other fees are taken at key pick up
